Todd Ward – Regional Director – Central & Eastern Texas

Todd was born and raised in rural Texas and has been engaged in the outdoors and hunting since he can remember. Todd was raised in a farming and ranching family and quickly became aware of the importance of conservation for wildlife.  He’s a graduate of Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, which he used in his 22-year career in law enforcement.  As a lifelong learner Todd graduated in 2024 from Tarleton State University with a master’s in administration and he plans on continuing his education at the doctoral level.

Todd recently retired from law enforcement and has joined MDF to pursue his passion for the outdoors.  Todd lives in Stephensville, TX, with his wife Pam, who is a nurse.  They have a set of twins that are in college at Tarleton State University.
