Todd Buck – Habitat Project Manager – Kaibab NF (AZ)

Todd graduated with a B.S. degree in Wildlife Management from Lake Superior State University in 1990 and continued his education in Applied Ecology at Eastern Kentucky University from 1990 to 1992. Todd was hired in July of 1992 as an Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD) Wildlife Manager and assigned to Game Management Unit 12A on the North Kaibab where he remained for 30 years. During his tenure with the AZGFD Todd was responsible for the management of the North Kaibab deer herd and worked on projects in every facet of wildlife management in Arizona. He designed and implemented large scale habitat projects to improve Mule Deer winter range and wildlife water distribution plans that included the development or redevelopment of over 70 wildlife water sources.  In his capacity with MDF Todd is excited to continue to develop and implement habitat projects for mule deer across northern Arizona. Todd enjoys time with his family, woodworking, hunting, and fly-fishing.
