Shari Roberts – Director of Business Development

Shari Roberts grew up in central New Jersey, where her love for the outdoors was sparked through family trips to upstate New York. Weekends spent fishing, hiking, skiing, and camping nurtured her deep appreciation for nature and adventure.

She attended the University of Maryland, where she competed as a Division I athlete in cross-country and track & field. After graduating, Shari remained in Maryland, where she met her husband and began building a life rooted in shared outdoor values and community involvement.

Together, Shari and her husband are raising two children with a focus on active, nature-filled experiences. The family enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, community service, and participating in local activities. A beloved family tradition is their annual tent camping trip to Assateague Island State Park, where wild horses roam free, and the rhythm of the ocean defines summer.

Professionally, Shari brings over 14 years of experience in North America marketing and operations from her time at Under Armour, Inc. She is now proud to be part of the Mule Deer Foundation, contributing to an organization making a meaningful impact on the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer, and their habitats.
