Idaho’s Mule Deer Foundation Chapters

When you join the Mule Deer foundation you have the option of selecting a home chapter. Your chapter is a group of other Mule Deer Foundation members who are all invested in mule deer conservation in their community. By being a member of your chapter, you take part in the conversation surrounding mule deer and their needs in your area. Help host events, engage new members, impact policy, and make your voice heard for the species you care deeply amount.

Calendar Rules & Regulations
  • A MDF Calendar, which includes a Membership, is $50.00. The purchase of a MDF Calendar constitutes one chance to win a firearm per week, 52 drawings, and a MDF regular membership. If purchaser already has a paid membership, membership will be applied to a future year.
  • There is no limit on the number of calendars a person may purchase.
  • Persons under the age of 21 may not purchase a calendar or win a firearm.
  • Cash, personal checks, and credit cards will be accepted for the purchase of a calendar. Checks returned NSF will be disqualified from drawings and fees may be charged to the check owner.
  • Random drawings for the firearms will begin the first week of 2027 on Wednesday and each week thereafter on every Wednesday. The 52 winning calendar numbers will be drawn using a computerized Random Number Generating Program customized by the MDF Accounting Firm.
  • Winners need not be present to win. Each calendar will have an equal chance of being drawn for every firearm.
  • Each firearm to be awarded are printed on the calendar with image on each Wednesday, 52 different firearms.
  • The winner of the drawing for each week will receive the firearm printed on that Wednesday of the week of the drawing.
  • Should a winner reside in a state not eligible for a firearm offered on the calendar, they will receive a state compliant firearm of similar value pending the results of an FFL Firearm Check.
  • Weekly pictures may vary slightly from actual firearm. MDF reserves the right to modify the firearm if needed based on the manufacturers available inventory.
  • All firearms must be claimed within 30 days after notification is made. After 30 days, the firearm will become the property of MDF.
  • The winner of the firearm must pass an FFL Firearm Check. If the winner cannot pass the check, then a gift certificate will be awarded from Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters of similar value for the firearm specified for any drawing.
  • All winners will be responsible for any fees related to that firearm, if applicable, such as shipping ($25), FFL transfer fee, taxes, etc.
  • All federal and state firearm regulations must be met by the winner before the transfer of the firearm to that winner occurs.
  • All winners of the firearms will be notified by phone and/or email. Additionally, all winning calendar numbers will be posted on the MDF website along with the corresponding firearm at www.muledeer.org.
  • Any unsold firearms become the property of MDF and will not be included in the drawing.
