Contribution Form

· This is an application for participation and does not guarantee placement.
· A minimum MSRP value of $1,00.00 is required for all participating companies.
· Participating companies will be required to promote Ultimate Giveaway over email and social media.
· High-resolution logos, product photos, and other media assets are required. Mule Deer Foundation may need to take liberties with assets that do not meet certain requirements.
· All non-variable products must be shipped to Mule Deer Foundation no later than Jan. 20, 2027*
· All variable products must be shipped directly to winners within 15 business days of receiving their information/preferences.*
* Firearms or other regulated items will be shipped to a licensed FFL holder, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations is the responsibility of the sender.
