Rapid City, SD – Northern Hills and Western Dakota 3D Archery Shoot & 35th Anniversary Film Premiere

Join us on Saturday, July 29th, as we celebrate 35 years of the Mule Deer Foundation and mission delivery; ensuring the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer and their habitat.
The Western Dakota and Northern Hills MDF chapters are co-hosting this free-to-the-public 3D archery shoot, with the generous support of SDGFP’s Outdoor Campus – West.
Archery Shoot Details, 11:00am-2:00pm:
There will be 14-stations with 3D targets on the walking course, with targets at distances from 11 to 80 yards. The 14-station practice range, with targets at distances from 20 to 80 yards, will also be open throughout the event.

*While not a competitive shoot, scorecards will be provided.*
Film Premiere Details, 2:00p-2:30p:
The 3D shoot will conclude at 2:00pm, at which time everyone is encouraged to walk over to the main Outdoor Campus building for the premiere of MDF’s 35th Anniversary Short Film (15-20 minutes). MDF will be selling memberships throughout the duration of the archery shoot. At the conclusion of the film, door prizes will be drawn for anyone that joined MDF or renewed their membership at the event (current members are able to enter the drawing by adding an additional 12-months to their existing membership’s expiration date).
