Lucas Olson – Arizona Cooperative Wildlife Biologist

Lucas grew up in the upper Midwest, becoming an avid hunter, trapper, and angler. His personal interest in the outdoors has long guided him towards a career in wildlife biology. Lucas is an Associate Wildlife Biologist® with The Wildlife Society and in a cooperative role between the Arizona Game and Fish Department and the Mule Deer Foundation. Lucas is focused on research and mapping of mule deer migrations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time at his family cabin in Ontario and quail hunting with his wirehaired pointing griffon ‘Ida’ in Arizona.
