Chevron puts money to work for Conservation with MDF!

Chevron Donates $25,000.00 to the Mule Deer Foundation to help put more deer on the ground in Colorado!

“We’re incredibly grateful to Chevron for their generous support,” said Eric Martinez, MDF Regional Director for Colorado. “Contributions like this are essential to helping us fulfill our mission here on Colorado’s Eastern Plains, conserving mule deer and protecting their habitat in this critical ecosystem.”

Chevron donated $25,000.00 to the Mule Deer Foundation which will help fund our work in eastern Colorado working on habitat improvement and for public deer herds moving through private ranch lands.

These deer coming out of the high country summer range down to the prairies of eastern Colorado are facing so many obstacles in their migration. By improving habitat along these corridors and removing or altering fencing in strategic areas we can help remove some of these obstacles and make sure more deer make it to spring.

Thank you Chevron from all of our staff, volunteers, and members at the Mule Deer Foundation your generous gift. We will be sure to put the funds to good work.
