Dear Central Coast MDF Chapter Supporter,

With great disappointment and sadness, we are being forced to cancel this year’s Central Coast MDF Dinner/Banquet, scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2020. After careful consideration of options, and with the concern for the safety and best interest of our members, sponsors, donors and guests, recognizing the current COVID-19 health crisis, the Board has decided to cancel and reschedule our Dinner/Banquet to March 27, 2021.   Once again, it will be held at the Holiday Inn, San Jose – Silicon Valley, located at 1350 N. First Street, San Jose, California 95112.

Because this year’s event was sold out, all registrations will be automatically moved to the March 27, 2021 date so that your position is secure for our 2021 Event, and we will provide a letter confirming that you are paid in full for our event on March 27, 2021.

We understand that this change may create a conflict for some of those who planned to attend this year’s event, and we will, therefore, provide a full refund to anyone who is not able to make it to our new date, or your payment can be moved to a tax-deductible donation to the Central Coast Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation. Please let us know how you would like to handle this subject.

For those of you who might have been interested in bidding on the California Heritage tags that were scheduled to be auctioned off at our event, we are working with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to determine where these tags may become available to bid on. Once we receive an answer from the California Department Fish and Wildlife, we will post it to our CCMDF Web Page.

Thank you for understanding, and, once again, we are making this change out of an abundance of caution for your health and safety.

Sincerely,

Your CCMDF Chapter Committee
