North Dakota Wildlife Federation (NDWF) Convention Sponsorships
In 2008 and 2009 the Northern Badlands Chapter of the MDF helped sponsor the annual NDWF convention. These sponsorships helped fund the annual conventions to which NBC committe members were in attendance offering MDF memberships and raffle tickets. The NDWF is a grassroots organization, whose mission is to ensure abundant wildlife, wildlife habitat, and access to wildlife recreational opportunities. Jim Posewitz, noted speaker & writer about the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation and sportsman’s rights, was the featured speaker for the evening in 2008.
This organization also puts on the ND Wildlife Federation Youth Conservation Camp (YCC), in which we sponsor a youth attendee each year. More on the YCC sponsorship can be seen under the list of North Dakota Projects.
