- California Grizzly Island Tule Elk Tag
Grizzly Island produces the largest tule elk available to hunters. They are the rarest North American elk, and the only way non-residents may hunt tule elk at Grizzly Island in Solano County is by purchasing this tag for the 2008 season. MDF volunteers will provide camp lodging and food for the first 4 days of your hunt. Tag holder season begins the first Saturday in August (August 2nd) and lasts for 30 consecutive days; the general season begins 10 days later. Method of take: Rifles using center fire cartridges with expanding or soft nose bullets, muzzle loading rifles at least .40 caliber, pistols with at least 4-inch barrels using center fire cartridges and bows and arrows as defined in Section 354, Title 14, Code of Regulations. Requirements (including hunter safety certification) to be issued either a resident or non-resident hunting license. - California Pronghorn Antelope Tag
Get your pronghorn in any of the six pronghorn antelope zones in northeastern California! This includes Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, and Siskiyou counties. All legal firearms and archery are allowed. The season is from August 2nd to the 21st. You do not need to be a California resident to buy this tag; however, you must meet all California requirements including hunter safety certification. California hunting license and antelope drawing fees are included in the auction price. This tag is non-transferable once issued. - Utah Paunsaugunt Any Weapon Permit
Ask any serious deer hunter where he would hunt deer if given a choice, and the name of this southwestern plateau in Utah will invariably come up. Hunting Paunsaugunt Plateau, in the southwest corner of Utah, is where 30-inch bucks that score 200-plus are taken every year! This is the second best deer unit in Utah and in the top 5 of the country. The tags for this area are difficult to get but you can get one tonight. Winning bidder must purchase Utah deer permit ($563). Dates for this hunt are 10/4/08 to 10/14/08. - Utah Panguitch Lake Elk Permit
The Panguitch Lake unit is a top 7 unit in Utah for trophy elk. There is great accessibility, accommodations near by, and lots of bugling elk! It is a beautiful mountain range with the elk ranging from 340" to 380" – and there is always the possibility of a 400" around the corner! If you are the winner of this item, we can help you find a guide. Dates for this elk hunt are 9/13/08 to 9/23/08 OR 11/8/08 to 11/14/08. You decide which dates to hunt (you cannot take both dates). The earlier dates are during the rut. You must buy a non-resident hunting license ($795). - Wyoming Governor's Elk/Deer/Antelope Permit
Wyoming Governor, Dave Freudanthal, The Wildlife Heritage Foundation of Wyoming and the Wyoming Game and Fish are pleased to provide the Governor’s Elk, Deer or Antelope Tag. This license is valid for the 2008 season in any open hunt area in the state (both general license and limited quota license areas). The Lucky Bidder of this license must select the species to be hunted, then may hunt any open area in the state, subject to existing season dates and limitations. Eligibility: Any resident or non resident whose privileges to purchase a license are not under suspension or revocation in Wyoming or other wildlife violator compact states is eligible to bid on these license, including previous governor¹s license purchasers. - Wyoming Shiras Moose Permit
